At Milsun Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the best shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

We only accept return or replacement requests for products received in damaged condition. To process the request, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and share a clear unboxing video as proof.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged product claims. Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Process

Once the returned product and claim are verified by our team, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or reported without valid proof may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days. However, delivery timelines may occasionally increase due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

Order Tracking

Your tracking link, along with regular updates regarding your order, will be automatically shared on your WhatsApp number.
